The Abandoned Horse Bogey Thing or is it just a Trailer?

Lost in a parking lot of Mount Rushmore stood this crazy red trailer looking thing.  Just screamed for an HDR shot, thus here it is. I like the blend of the greens and reds, sorta reminds me of Christmas.
